Join us for a rejuvenating beach Pilates class at the Tiki Hut/Beach House entrance of Coligny Beach in collaboration with BEARRE celebrating their summer collection.

Expect a combination of Pilates core exercises, breath supported movement, and a mindful full body sculpt. All levels welcome.
